Job Title: Expeditor

Summary: Manages the food serving window

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•    Makes sure everything is prepped for the up coming rush.
•    Makes the list of what needs to be prepped for the next rush.
•    Ensures all of the food order is there and made correctly.
•    Ensures that the food rotation is FIFO.
•    Makes sure all orders that come back or if a waiter has a special request that it is done and then checked on.

Education/Experience: Six months to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education  and experience.

Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

Math Requirement: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to  multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: POS program knowledge
