Summary: Kitchen staff members are held to high standards of quality and cleanliness and expected to work well as a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prep work, food preparation, and daily cleaning duties. Most shifts are night shifts ranging from 4pm to 2am. Prep shifts do exist but will be staffed with more experienced prep cooks.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Education/Experience: 6 months- 1 year experience desired. Basic knowledge of sanitary policies.

Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Math Requirement: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills: POS knowledge
